Description

Virtually all lymphocytes (incl intra-epithelial T-cells), endothelial cells, stromal cells and macrophages must show a moderate to strong, distinct predominantly cytoplasmic staining reaction.  

Virtually all Kupffer cells and endothelial cells lining sinusoids must show an at least weak to moderate predominantly cytoplasmic staining reaction.

No staining reaction in epithelial cells in the epithelial mucosa.
